Wednesday night at the university often means pub night. Sometimes this means that they just serve beer as in a regular pub, but it also often means disco, theme party, live entertainment or poker-tournaments. What will happen at the next occasion can always be found on posters around the school and on this website. The pub is only open for members of the Student Union, so to enter you need to bring a valid ID and your Student membership card (Studentkortet). You can, however, invite a guest by paying 20 SEK and signing yours and your guest’s names on a list in the reception (in the same house as the pub) before 15.00 the day of the pub night.
It’s also possible to work in the pub. It is doesn’t pay but it is a fun experience where you will get many new friends. No previous experience is needed.
