Start at Gunder Häggstadion. course  from  0,7 km + 1,3 km + 4,2 km with eletric light until 10 PM.

Start at Gunder Häggstadion. course  from  1,3 km + 4,2 km with eletric light until 10 PM.
There is also a 5,5 km course without electric light..

Skating-rink...
...Avalieble nearby in Läkerol Arena from 18/8 t.o.m. 29/12 2007.
Public skating in the B-rink on Saturdays 8 Pm until 11 PM.
