Freshman week


The student clubs of the University of Gävle collaborates to give new students a big warm welcome to the city of Gävle. Starting the week before the start of the autumn semester (August 25 in 2010), the Freshman week goes on from 7 to 10 days depending on the student club.

This week is filled with freshman pranks, games, contests and nightly partys. The student clubs each arrange their own freshman week, but collaborates around bigger events.
